Full Service Planning + Coordination

  • Services Begin Once Contract Finalized

  • Customized Wedding Planning Spreadsheet

  • Bi-Monthly Check-In Meetings, including but not limited to:

    • Discussing initial wedding plans

    • Design meetings to discuss specific aspects of the event, including, but not limited to floral, signage, centerpieces, ceremony, various installments, vendor recommendations, etc.

    • (30) days prior to event to tackle final action items

    • (2) weeks prior to event to finalize outstanding details

    • Unlimited venue site visit(s), as needed

  • Event Design (rentals not provided)

  • Timeline Creation

  • Budget Maintenance

  • Contractual Navigation

  • All Vendor Communication, including Week-Of Confirmation

  • Wedding Rehearsal Coordination

  • Wedding Day Management, including but not limited to:

    • Full Lead Coordinator Availability on Event Day

    • Up to (3) assistants

    • Wedding Day Emergency Kit

    • Set Up Services (can be the morning of or the day prior, but must be scheduled accordingly)

    • Vendor Management

    • Assistance with touch ups during professional pictures

    • Processional Facilitation

    • Bustling the Bride's dress before the reception

    • Grand Entrance Facilitation

    • Coordinate any and all announcements, order of events, and entertainment during the reception

    • Tear Down Services, including packing decor and loading vehicles

Wedding Decorations

Excluded Services

We are unable to provide the following services due to potential liabilities.


  • Setting up and/or tearing down of tall decor items (such as arches or arbors), ceiling decor, or tables and chairs

  • Creating or setting up floral arrangements

  • Climbing ladders

  • Utilization of any power tools

  • Setting and bussing tables of formal plate ware (utensils, napkins, plates, glassware)

  • Cutting and/or serving of food and dessert

  • Emceeing the reception (in place of a DJ)

  • Closing cleaning duties of the venue

  • Disposing of trash bags to dumpsters
