Planning + Coordination

​For couples desiring a truly hands-off journey. We partner from the moment you say yes, crafting design, curating vendors, shaping every detail, then bringing it all to life on your wedding day. You simply arrive and celebrate.

  • Customized Wedding Planning Spreadsheet

  • Monthly Check-In Meetings beginning no earlier than one (1) year prior to the event to discuss concepts, design, vendors, budget, timeline, etc.​

  • Vendor Selection (all vendor contracts must be signed by the couple)

  • All Vendor Communication and Meetings

  • Wedding Rehearsal Coordination

  • Wedding Day Management, including but not limited to:

    • Full Lead Coordinator Availability on Event Day

    • Up to (3) assistants

    • Wedding Day Emergency Kit

    • Execution/Set Up Services, as planned and decided on during design meetings

      • Exceptions include curating live florals, tableware, large installations, etc. These shall be completed by the vendors providing the items and services.

    • Vendor Facilitation

    • Assistance with touch ups during professional pictures

    • Processional Direction

    • Bustling the Bride's dress before the reception

    • Grand Entrance in Collaboration with DJ/Emcee

    • Coordinate any and all announcements, order of events, and entertainment during the reception

    • Tear Down Services, including packing decor and assisting with loading vehicles

  • Unlimited Support via Email

​You've done some ground work, perhaps some vendors selected, ideas brewing. We step in approximately 6 months out to refine, design, and bring structure so your vision feels intentional and seamless.

  • Customized Wedding Planning Spreadsheet

  • Monthly Check-In Meetings beginning six months prior to the event to discuss concepts, design, budget, timeline, etc.

  • Up to (2) Venue Site Visits

  • Review of Contractual Requirements

  • All Vendor Communication and design meetings

  • Wedding Rehearsal Coordination

  • Wedding Day Management, including but not limited to:

    • (12) Hour Lead Coordinator Availability

    • Up to (2) assistants

    • Wedding Day Emergency Kit

    • Execution/Set Up Services, as planned and decided on during design meetings

​Time crunch or just need expert oversight in the final stretch? We jump in around 10 weeks ahead to ensure the last leg of planning is handled, timeline is polished, and your day runs like clockwork.

  • Services begin ten (10) weeks prior to event

  • Customized Wedding Planning Spreadsheet

  • Two (2) meetings, including:

    • (60) days prior to event to discuss all event details and tackle final action items​

    • (3) weeks prior to event to finalize outstanding details

    • Up to (1) Venue Site Visit, if requested

  • Curated Timeline Development

  • Review of Contractual Requirements

  • Vendor Confirmations up to one (1) month prior to event

  • Wedding Rehearsal Coordination

  • Wedding Day Management, including but not limited to:
